Grovery collect the personal details including your name, contact details, email address, date of birth, gender, identity card number, passport number, billing address, postal address, bank account or credit card details. Moreover, we also collect information sent by your computer when you browse our website including your browser type, IP address and pages visit.
Grovery may also use personal data from Online Media Channels to help us improve and measure the effectiveness of our marketing communications. Grovery may provide links to other sites, locally and overseas, (“Linked Sites”) that may be of relevance and interest to you. Although Grovery will take every reasonable effort to protect your data, it has no control over, and are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Linked Sites, and you hereby waive any claim against us with respect to the Linked Sites.
Transfer of Personal Information Overseas
In order to carry out the purposes listed above, we may be required to share your personal information with third parties, some of whom may be located overseas, and as a result, may require us to transfer your personal information overseas.
