Return & Refund Policy

Grovery takes Convenient, Fresh & Quality Philosophy in all aspect of our products and services. We want you to enjoy online groceries shopping with Grovery. You are allowed to return the goods if the discrepancies happened in the following manner: 

  1. If any items have been proves to delivered in damaged or defective condition 
  2. If any items have been wrongly or short delivered by mistake 
  3. If any items have been pass sell by date 

You should please take reasonable care of the goods inspecting and hand back the items to driver during the time of delivery. We will not bear any charges incurred by customers during the process of goods return. Goods returned shall be refunded at the price when you paid during submission of order. Goods that has been damaged or spoiled through your neglect is not allowed to return. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will fully refund within 7 days from the purchase date. To make a refund, kindly contact our Customer Service via email with your grovery account details, proof of order and photo evidence.
