Delivery Policy

Grovery will deliver your order to the front door of the stated delivery address within the agreed timeslot on the submission of order. Order amendment is not allowed once the order has been processed. If there are any changes in the delivery address or contact details made between submission of order, you are required to update Grovery at least 2 hours prior to the delivery.  

If there is no one to receive the goods at the agreed delivery address and time, we will leave the notification of attempted delivery and customers will need to contact our customer service to re-arrange new delivery via email, charges will be imposed for new delivery. In an event where Grovery has been requested to leave the order at your doorstep, Grovery shall not liable for any consequential, indirect or special damages of loss of whatever descriptions. Whilst Grovery make every effort to deliver your order at the agreed timeslot. Grovery shall not liable if it fails to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond its control.

You may write to us via email for order modification or cancellation at least 12 hours prior to the agreed delivery timeslot. Any cancellation after which, there would be a cancellation charges of RM5 each order.
